What has been released
CAPCOM announced October 9, 2026 as the release date and its own store published a launch confirmation on that date. The announcement lists PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2. The base game and the paid expansion should not be treated as the same entitlement simply because they share a store page.
What the expansion adds
The official product description places the new story in Norgan and connects it with Eir and the Fallen Dragon. It describes finding and appraising relics for equipment and abilities. A separate set of twelve Lost Rites dungeon challenges takes place in the main area, and additional character-creation options are included.
These are the official high-level features. They do not establish the exact entrance, quest requirement, reward table or drop probability of every individual dungeon.
Choose the next reference by your task
For the appraisal loop and its documented contact, read Relic Appraisal. For Lost Rites, the coverage page now explains the introductory approach and nine reported trial conditions; it is not a complete twelve-trial route or reward guide. For a dated source trail, read Expansion Updates.
Returning players can use the vocation comparison and Pawn reference to review their party. Those pages do not claim that every new expansion skill has been catalogued.
Check the product you actually own
CAPCOM’s store describes the Dark Arisen bundle as the main game plus the expansion, while the PlayStation listing also distinguishes an expansion add-on. Check the exact edition, platform and account before purchasing something already included. This site does not process orders or provide a live price comparison.
Coverage and evidence
Official announcements establish the expansion’s existence and advertised scope. They are not a substitute for individual gameplay references. The site therefore separates source-reviewed overview pages from incomplete dungeon records and from the limited named-weapon sample.
The linked Lost Rites page distinguishes its documented introductory steps from the missing full route and reward coverage. The header artwork is illustrative rather than evidence of a completed playthrough.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Dark Arisen bundle include the main game?
CAPCOM’s launch notice describes the bundle as containing Dragon’s Dogma 2 and the Dark Arisen Expansion. Check the exact product listing before purchasing.
Does the named-weapon table already contain all relic gear?
No. Its named records are selected base-game references, not a complete DLC database.
