Geographic map layer — not available

A reusable geographic layer and checked coordinates have not been established. The location navigator below is available; its travel diagram is a schematic, not a terrain map.

Location navigator — available

Eighteen selected base-world references and five travel relationships. No measured coordinates, terrain layer, scale, travel times, full routes or DLC/postgame marker coverage. Document review is separate from current-platform gameplay testing. Personal visit status is not a record of completed quests, rewards or game-save progress.

18 of 18 referenced places shown. 0 personally marked visited across this sample.

Vernworth

Travel connections — schematic, not a geographic map

Original diagram of published relationships. Node positions and line lengths have no geographic meaning. There is no north direction, terrain, scale, travel distance or route optimization. Select a node for its location details.

On narrow screens, scroll the diagram horizontally to see all nodes. Every displayed connection is also listed in text below.

Use an external provider for its geographic map: MapGenie ↗ or Gamer Guides ↗. These links open their sites under their own terms; no map is embedded or copied here. Geographic layer and coordinate verification remain unfinished.

What is available and what remains unfinished

The location navigator is available on this page. It searches eighteen selected base-world place references in Vermund and Battahl and displays five documented travel relationships. You can select a place, read its source and connected guide, and keep a personal unvisited, planned or visited status with a note.

The geographic map remains unfinished. No reusable terrain layer permission or checked coordinate set has been established. The disabled controls refer to that geographic layer; they do not disable the separate location navigator. This entry keeps its foundation-preview status because a functioning navigator is not a completed geographic map.

The schematic is original site code showing relationships from published descriptions. It does not trace a third-party map or include copied tiles, screenshots, marker coordinates or embedded provider maps. Node positions and line lengths have no geographic meaning: do not use them for compass direction, walking distance, route optimization or terrain navigation.

Find and inspect a referenced place

Search matches place names, aliases, service descriptions and approach notes. For example, Station 3 finds the record for Battahl Ropeway Station Three. Region, category and personal visit filters combine with the query. Reset location filters restores the full sample without deleting saved progress.

Select a place from the matching list or a schematic node to open its details. If a filter hides the selected record, the detail panel falls back to another visible place; an empty result has no selected detail. Nothing in that empty state establishes that the game has no matching location. The catalogue is intentionally small, and it does not cover the expansion or postgame marker sets.

The catalogue includes five smithing shops: Roderick’s Smithy, Awaran’s Arms, Celeste’s Smithy, Grisha’s Armory and Brokkr’s Smithy. Use the Smithing shop category and search for a service such as Elven smithing. Rocky Crevasse, Drabnir’s Grotto and Stormwind Cave add cave references. These new entries are list/detail records without new schematic routes.

Each place shows its documented purpose, a condition to check, a source and an existing site guide. Original references retain their October 12, 2026 review date; the eight additions were reviewed on October 13, as shown in their details. These are references for preparing a trip, rather than measured positions. Reaching Checkpoint Rest Town is separate from permission to pass its border; a settlement or service record does not prove that your current quest state has unlocked it.

Read a travel relationship correctly

The Vernworth schematic contains the two oxcart relationships described by the location reference: toward Melve and Checkpoint Rest Town. The Battahl schematic covers Station One to the central station, the central station to Station Three, and the walkthrough approach from Station Three toward Sealed Mining Shaft. The accompanying text identifies the documented direction and the relevant source; it does not certify every return path or current service availability.

Only connections whose two endpoints appear in the filtered results are shown. A cave-only filter can therefore show a place without a diagram connection. That is a property of the selected reference set, not proof that the place is isolated in the game. Other listed places may have no connection in this small dataset even though the game has routes to them.

The mine approach still requires the walkthrough's inside-gate instructions. The schematic cannot replace that sequence with a straight line through terrain. Use the route checklist and fast-travel guide to distinguish a service connection, a walking approach and an access condition. No travel times, fares, reward coordinates or guaranteed-safe route are inferred.

Keep personal visit notes

Unvisited is the default for a place without a saved record. Choose Planned for an intended trip or Visited for your own visit log. These are your declarations; they are not measured quest completion, reward collection or full-game progress. Notes accept up to 300 characters and are displayed as text.

Changing a status or note saves it in this browser for this website address. Your records use a separate key from both trackers and the Build Planner. A visit edit can remove the current place from a status-filtered list; its record remains saved even when hidden. The visited count refers to the eighteen selected references, not all locations in the game.

Other tabs using the same website address and browser profile can receive changes. Different devices, browser profiles and domains do not synchronize automatically. Do not enter passwords or other sensitive information in a gameplay note.

Export, review and replace progress

Export location progress downloads a version 1 JSON file containing known place IDs, their status and notes. It does not include a game save, terrain, coordinates or inventory. Version-1 backups containing the original ten place IDs remain valid; newly added places default to Unvisited until you record a visit. The source descriptions are read from the site's current catalogue when the backup is reopened.

Import location backup accepts only this navigator's typed format. It allows at most eighteen records, known unique place IDs, a supported status and notes within the 300-character limit. Files over 20,000 bytes, unsupported versions, duplicate or unknown IDs, invalid fields and backups from another tool are rejected without changing current progress.

A valid file opens a review showing the actual incoming places, statuses and notes. Confirm location replacement replaces all current navigator records, including edits made since file selection; it does not merge. Cancel location import preserves the current records. Export a copy you want to keep before replacing them. An empty valid backup replaces progress with an empty list only after confirmation.

Clear records and handle unavailable storage

Clear location progress asks for confirmation. Confirm clear locations removes this navigator's saved records and resets its statuses; Keep location progress cancels. Downloaded JSON copies remain on your device. The other tools' records are not cleared.

Loading an unreadable saved record shows a warning and does not overwrite it. An explicit edit creates a new local version. If browser storage is blocked or full, the current session still works and can be exported, with a warning that the changes are not retained. A failed clear warns that an older saved copy may remain; use browser site-data controls when removing it matters.

Without JavaScript, place descriptions, sources and connection text remain readable. Filtering, node selection and personal progress controls require JavaScript. External geographic map links open the provider's own website and policies; the page does not automatically request provider tiles or embed their maps. See the privacy notice for local data and backups.
